A path from worry to wonder to worldbuilding
The common advice for starting adulthood isn’t working. Young people are navigating a world their parents didn’t face and doing it largely alone. Many parents feel uncertain where their adult child can turn to build a life that feels genuinely theirs: one with real allies, meaningful work, and a sense of direction.
Liminal Learning offers a yearlong, offline-and-online program that prepares young people ages 18–25 to thrive. The program works alongside study, work, or a gap year. Our curriculum is built on Neither/Nor — a practical philosophy that blends Western & Eastern thought with principles from developmental psychology and affective neuroscience. Our team is led by Dr. Isabela Granic, a mother of twin 20-year-old boys and a developmental psychologist with 25 years of experience as a mental health expert, researcher, and university professor.
