Upcoming Quests
We start with a weeklong Quest in the wilderness. There'll be campfires and canoes, exercises in contemplation and self-reflection, and an invitation to get real together — about fears, hopes, and dreams about living a good life.
Quests are more than a retreat. They're designed to help you transform — gaining clarity, resilience, and a deeper connection to self, cosmos, and purpose.

Location Spotlight
We're lucky to have access to the Opinicon Campus of the Queen's University Biological Station (QUBS). Nestled in the rugged landscape of the Frontenac Arch UNESCO World Biosphere Reserve, QUBS has been a hub of scientific research for 80 years. We're hosted by the Station's team, who is deeply connected to the local land base and are custodians to over 8100 acres of forests, fields, lakes and wetlands, acting as a critical part of the Frontenac Axis conservation corridor that runs from the Adirondacks right up through to Algonquin Park.
